Old e-mail as username? 😬

Is the username registered for you on your PinToMind-account an old e-mail which is no longer in use? 

If you have admin access and remember your password:
  1. Log in with your username and password, and go to user administration. Invite yourself as a new user with your new, valid email address.
  2. Log out.
  3. Log in again with the information you receive on a valid e-mail (new username).
  4. Go to Users and delete your old user. Info on how to delete Account Owner / Contact Person can be found here.
If you do not remember your password:
  • See if a registered administrator on the account can log in and send you a user-invitation to an e-mail you are using now. The old user can just be deleted.
  • If you all have the same problem, or you were the only registered administrator, contact us at support@pintomind.com.
