Old e-mail as username? đŦ
Is the username registered for you on the PinToMind account an old email address that is no longer in use, or do you want to change your username for another reason?
For security reasons, it is not possible to change the email address of a registered user, but if you have administrator access and remember your password, you can invite yourself as a new user.
If you have admin access and remember your password:
- Log in with your username and password, and go to user administration. Invite yourself as a new user with your new, valid email address.
- Log out.
- Log in again with the information you receive on a valid e-mail (new username).
Go to Users and delete your old user.
âšī¸ If your old user is an Account Owner, you first need to remove that access before the user can be removed.
If you do not remember your password:
- See if a registered administrator on the account can log in and send you a user-invitation to an e-mail you are using now. The old user can just be deleted.
- If you all have the same problem, or you were the only registered administrator, contact us at support@pintomind.com.
