Forgot password? 🤔

Do you have problems logging in because you have forgotten the password for your PinToMind-account? 😟 Happens to all of us! No problem! 🤗

Press "Forgot password?" on the login page, app.pintomind.com, and we will send a password reset email to the email address that you have registered as a username with us.

Or contact us at support@pintomind.com and tell us what your username is (email address), and which PinToMind account you are registered to.

You can go in and change the password to one that is easy for you to remember. Password requires at least 10 characters + numbers and upper and lower case letters.

• You do this in PinToMind 3 under your user profile (icon and name at the bottom left) and the "Password" tab.
• And in PinToMind Classic under "Menu" -> "Me" and the "Password" tab.
