Add or remove screens in the mobile app

It is possible to follow and view content from several different information screens (sharing codes) via the PinToMind Go mobile app. When you follow several info screens, you can swipe your finger on the mobile screen to see the content of the different screens.

Here's how to add more screens (sharing codes), and remove screens, in the mobile app, on smart devices with iOS and Android.

iOS (iPhone and iPad)

Add a screen on iOS-device

  1. Open the mobile app, PinToMind Go, on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Press the cogwheel in the upper left corner.
  3. In the field below "Add screen", enter the sharing code for the screen you want to follow.
  4. Press "Add".

Remove a screen on iOS-device

  1. Open the mobile app, PinToMind Go, on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Press the cogwheel in the upper left corner.
  3. Press "Edit".
  4. Select the screen you want to delete by pressing the red icon to the left of the screen name, then press "Delete".
  5. Press "Done".

Android

Add a screen on Android-device

  1. Open the mobile app, PinToMind Go, on your Android-device.
  2. Press Menu (the three dots) in the upper right corner.
  3. In the field below "Add screen", enter the sharing code for the screen you want to follow.
  4. Press "Add".

Remove a screen on Android-device

  1. Open the mobile app, PinToMind Go, on your Android-device.
  2. Press Menu (the three dots) in the upper right corner, and select "Settings".
  3. When the Settings page is open, press the menu again.
  4. Select "Delete" from the menu.
  5. Select the screens you want to remove, and press "Delete".

If you experience problems receiving push notifications after the sharing code has changed, you can do the following:

  1. First, remove the screen from the mobile app, PinToMind Go, on mobile or tablet
  2. End the mobile app (do not just close it) and open it again
  3. Add a new sharing code
  4. End the mobile app (do not just close it) and open it again
