Notification regarding unpaid bill?

Do you get a notification saying your payment is late for your PinToMind-account?

We are sure we will figure this out together! Here are some tips for what you can do:

  • Check which payment-information is registered on the account, under "Menu" -> "Settings" -> "Payment" 
  • If the payment-information is correct: contact the one in charge of paying and check what the status is on this
  • If the payment-information is not correct: change to the right payment-information here (remember to save) and contact support@pintomind.com to update us on this, so we can send an updated invoice or try to charge the card again.
